Today, I attempted to vary my workout and took a body jam class. Enough said, end of post. No really, it's a dance-aerobic class that has choreographed moves to hip-hop, reggae, etc. And although I'm supposed to have a rhythmic bone in my body (my family is Jamaican and we're supposed to know how to dance as we exit the womb), I don't. So while I can do step aerobics with the best of them, I dance with the worst. And while the other ladies, especially those darn older ladies that I see in the other classes can "pop, lock, and drop it", I poop, choke up and break it. But boy did I have fun. So I will be going back and then maybe one day, one day!..... I'll show you my new learned moves.
