Winner, winner, chicken dinner!

Well, really I had pork for dinner, but it doesn't fit as well as chicken. So this is one of my train stops out of procrastination station since I've been meaning to do this post for awhile now.

I am the lucky recipient of the prestigious "I love this blog" award!!! And I was given it by my wonderful friends over at I Heart Banana Copenhagen. Thank you friends!!!!! SO, the nominee is supposed to list 10 things they love:
- being saved by Jesus
- chocolate in all kinds of forms (except milk chocolate. It's not because I don't like your lovely, yummy taste, it's because you break me out. No hard feelings ok?)
- pork products, especially bacon, ESPECIALLY BACON!!!
- ice cream
- my family and awesome friends( duh!)
- my furry child (aka my cat)
- couponing (noun AND verb)
- saving money (this includes saving my money by spending other people's money)
- rainstorms
- sarcasm
- chocolate ( I love it that much that it's twice and it's so great that it makes the list longer than ten and that's ok!)

and 10 blogs I love (wish it were some kind of insightful, profound list. But hey, no one said it had to be, so here's a list of the ones I visit pretty much daily. The first 7 are about coupons and deals; shocker huh?):
Free stuff times- c'mon. You know what this is about... free stuff
The Freebie Blogger- pretty much the same as Free stuff, but a few extras like free downloads from amazon.com
Swag Grabber- I guess a swag is a saving? So she saves you money or grabs swags for you! And she has an awesome coupon database.
Southern Savers- great money saving ideas for the southern region
Hip2save- she has like 18,000 followers! That's craziness. They need to stop following so that I can get all the deals
I Heart Publix- because I really do heart publix. So of course I have to love this blog. I'm convinced their are Publixes in Heaven
Frugal for Life - she doesn't post often, but she has good post and tips on what it means to be cheap *cough*, I mean frugal
I Heart Banana Copenhagen- not only are these ladies terrific friends, but they are great writers, make you laugh, and will kick your butt in a blog war. So don't test them!
The Sacred Sandwich- actually "laugh out loud" cartoons that parody Christian life
Stuff Christians Like- Jon Acuff, author and comedian, has a blog-turned-book called Stuff Christians Like. The blog is a rip off of the book “Stuff White people like” and Jon is all too quick to admit it! Jon tells hilarious stories about common Christianisms. Check it out, you'll laugh for days. (just kidding! I plagiarized this from Banana Copenhagen's page to see if they were paying attention! haha! I make me laugh). But really, I do like his blog for the reasons they list. We'd be friends if he lived here. Cause he's cool and I'd force him to think I'm cool.
