Since I can't think of anything to blog about, I'll blog about white sauce. White sauce is this lovely "white-ish" sauce that can be found at Japanese restaurants ( I went to lunch at Fu of Kyoto). I think it has some kind of mayo-garlic base. But really, it's probably got crack in it. Like cocaine crack because it's super addictive and super yummy. In fact, when the server left the white sauce bottle on our table and went to run our bill, I squirted until I could squirt no more in my to-go container (this was until I got caught by her). But hey, when white sauce is that good, you sneakily squirt half the bottle into your to-go container.
